• What did I learn about my country? Was there anything that surprised me?

I learned that Italy is the only place in Europe where you can find active volcanoes. In total there are 3 active volcanoes. The Vesuvius which you can find close to Naples) and Stromboli and Mt. Etna (which can be found in Sicily).

• What went well for you individually?

Something that I found worked well for me individually was when doing the slideshow part of this assessment was that I wasn’t actually doing the slides on my own and I had help and the person I chose to work with helped out and we did an even amount of the slides. I also got to cook our pasta part of the dish, the pasta turned out very good and the whole dish together tasted amazing. 

• What went well for your group?

What went well for our group was when we were cooking, we were always busy. Someone was cooking the mince and then the other was gathering the ingredients that we needed. I think me and my partner worked very well together. Another thing that went well was when working together on our slideshow we completed in time and completed it to a high standard. 

• What didn’t go well or what could have gone better?

I personally think that nothing went wrong, but one of the things that could have been better was opening our giant can of crushed tomatoes. The can-opener wouldn’t work and it took us at least 10 minutes out of our cooking time to get the can open. We ended up finishing a little late because of the tomatoes.
